mix.com.pk respects your privacy. You can request deletion of all your personal data at any time.

What data we hold

• Your ad content — title, description, price, city, category
• Photos you uploaded with your ads
• Your name, email and WhatsApp number
• Your Ad IDs

Option 1 — Self service (instant)

Go to My Ads, enter your email to receive a 6-digit code, then delete your ads one by one. All your data is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Contact us

Send us your email address and we will delete all your data within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

• All your active and deleted ads
• Your name, email and WhatsApp number
• All photos you uploaded

What we may retain

• Anonymised aggregate statistics (no personal data)
• Security logs for up to 30 days for fraud prevention
