Pressure to Pay Quickly
Scammers create urgency with phrases like "three others are interested" or "this offer expires today". A genuine seller does not need to rush you. Anyone who objects to you taking your time is not trustworthy.
No Original Documents
For any property transaction, original documents are essential. If a seller cannot produce original ownership documents or registry — walk away immediately.
